Hi, I’m Regina! I’m a wife and mother of 2 boys, a girl and a new addition to arrive in August of 2013. We live in the beautiful state of California, and enjoy most outdoor activities, the ample farmers markets, as well as the awesome adventure of discovering and sharing the raw food lifestyle. I graduated from CSU, Sacramento with a degree in Kinesiology and have always been fascinated with healthy living and naturopathy, and have been a vegan/vegetarian since my bio class highlighted studies on human cadavers … “Ugh! Meat is Muscle!” Since then, I have raised my 16 and 12-year-old sons as vegetarians, my 1-year-old is a vegan, I have had 4 successful vegetarian/vegan pregnancies, allowing ALL my children to have amazingly healthy and doctor-free lives. I am currently a stay-at-home mom and look forward to using the tool of modern technology to reach out to families who desire a practical way to add more raw food to the dinner table!
